Body Positivity is a journey and you have to win over your body image issues one step at a time! Overnight you will not become Body Positive! Baby steps are very important to reach to a mindset where you rise above just your body and fall in love with the idea of you! Self acceptance of body (type, skin, hair, flaws) is a key to self love and to reach to a state of “Nirvana” where you become body confident! Basically start doing whatever you have not done because somewhere your mind was conditioned and you were scared of society!
So in better words, start living your life! Everytime a FARHAN AKHTAR will not come to tell you that “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” 🤣🤣 We all have just one life & we need to make it large by living every moment to please ourselves not some random person in your social circle! 💓💓 Start today!

It can be your dressing to your activities to how you live your life to the decisions you make!
